When can I register with Maastricht Housing?

We recommend that you register immediately as soon as you know you want to live in Maastricht. The offers from housing corporations work from subscription lists, so the longer you are registered, the more likely you are to be able to rent a room from them.

Where can I register?

You can only register online by clicking HERE. We do not accept registration at our offices.

How can I pay for my membership?

We only accept the following payment methods:

• iDEAL
• PayPal
• Mastercard
• Visacard
• Bancontact
• GiroPay
• International or domestic bank transfer (Sepa)

My payment has been declined. What should I do?

You can restart the payment by logging into MyHousing. Click on the ‘My payments’ tab and select the payment that failed. Select ‘Restart payment’.

I want to transfer my membership payment. Where can I find the bank details?

Log in to MyHousing and click on ‘My payments’. You can restart your payment here and select ‘Money transfer’ as the payment option. The next screen will display the bank details.

How long does it take for a payment to appear in the system?

Payments made via iDEAL creditcards and PayPal are usually processed immediately. International money transfers can take up to five days. If your payment is still not visible after a week, contact our service desk.

Can I start my housing search before my payment has been accepted?

You can look at an unlimited number of houses, but you cannot respond to an offer or request contact information. You will receive an email as soon as your payment has been processed.
