The representatives require an additional fee (20EUR) to conduct viewings! After paying the Maastrichthousing fee 35EUR I have to pay another 20EUR so in total it is 55EUR, therefore I'd better choose another platform where I don't need to pay a lot of different unexpected fees and mediations! Why MaastrichHousig administration does allow such thigs on the platform!?

I simply got a text with "only girls.." when there was no mentioning of that. Not so psyched about that.

All the information I had asked was provided to me by email. However, the picture quality could be better (for example full shower cabin should be seen, instead of just its wall) as it is difficult to judge the room otherwise.
