They don't call back when they tell you they will, they don't fix things, they show no understanding, and they let you figure everything out on your own. Don't even get started on noise complaints. If situations within the house get out of hand and you ask them to step in, they shrug it off and you are left living in a toxic environment. Never renting from them again.
