Pros: - Great location - Very comfortable for one person (not so much for a couple, my girlfriend and I struggled a bit) - Contract very beneficial for the tenant - Great service provided by Servatius, best landlord I had so far Cons: - The walls are somewhat thin, you can sometimes hear your neighbours - The fratboys living on the other side of the street can be somewhat of a nuisance
