The room is very nice, has a big window and door that leads to a small balcony. The room itself is very soundproof because it is located near a highway. The douche is big and very comfortable, the kitchen has its own pantry with shelves. There is a bus stop at 3-5 minute walk from the building. There are 4 buses that stop there. There is a supermarket 'Albert Heijn', a cosmetic store 'Etos' and a liquor store 'Gall&Gall' 5 minutes away from the building. There is also a hardware store 'Praxis' on the other side of the street where you can also find the 'milieuperron' where you can deposit your garbage. The only thing that the room lacks, is a storage facility. There is, however, a bike storage unit outside where you can store your bikes but the building doesn't have a basement.
