The apartment is pretty big and as announced, great quiet location just by the sports center and 7 minute bike ride to the town center. There is a basement to keep the bike at night and all the announced utilities worked perfectly. There is a Lidl nearby. Pay attention that there is no oven in the kitchen. One or two things were broken in the room. Overall, I really recommend the apartment.
