Guesthouse UM.

The Guesthouse UM only offers short-term housing consisting out of furnished rooms at multiple locations throughout Maastricht. Their offerings are restricted by the type of renter (e.g. the offerings for employees are different from those for exchange students). This is how it works:

1. Find a room offered by the Guesthouse UM.
2. Click on ‘Reserve housing now’.
3. Select the exact dates of your stay.

After you have selected a room, you must pay a down payment equal to one month’s rent. This down payment will be used to cover your last month’s rent.

Reservation Completed

The reservation is only final when the payment has been processed. This can take up to a few days depending on your payment method.

• Until it is processed, your booking is merely an option. The room can be rented by someone else if their payment is received before yours.
