The rooms themselves are in good shape and have a reasonable price per month. The reason why I give this accomodation only three stars has to do with the living circumstances. Here are a few things to consider; 1) There is a cleaning lady (the mother of the landlord). She enters the house at different times, so you never know when she might turn up. This makes it uncomfortable to sit the common spaces. 2) The 'cleaning lady' enters the rooms without permission when the tenants are not present. I have heard this from other housemates and I also experienced this myself. Once I returned to my room after a 1 month vacation, and I found the door to my room unlocked!! I felt extremely violated... 3) To use the washing machine you need a coin. You can only receive coins by putting €2 on the kitchen table and a note with your name. Smaller coin is not accepted and you can only buy two coins at once. Then you have to wait until the 'cleaning lady' comes and she will put the coins on the table.
