The student complex is only a few km away from RWTH Mitte. The Dutch, Belgian and German buses stop at the door. The complex has a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, various study rooms, a library, a TV room and a game room (pool table, football table and dartboard). Outside there is a courtyard with garden, (covered) bicycle sheds, private parking spaces and central waste collection areas. It is possible to rent a parking space and/or a covered bicycle shed.

It concerns a self-contained student room on the ground floor. The studio is partly furnished and is provided with:

- A laminate floor;
- A roller blind, a large desk and a high sleeper (excluding mattress) with lots of storage space;
- A kitchen unit with a 2-burner electric cooker, an extraction fan, a sink and a fridge with freezer compartment;
- Bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.

Conditions and additional costs:
- We only rent to students. If you are no longer a student, you have to leave the studio within 6 months.
- The minimum rental period is 12 months.
- Subletting is not allowed and is actively monitored.

You are at least 18 years old
You register at the municipality of Vaals
