The living units range from 15-28 M2 with a single bed and larger than 28 m 2 with a double bed. The living units are furnished and equipped with kitchen, en suite shower room and a bed, desk, a wardrobe and a lamp.
It is a magnificent monastery building in a great location of approximately 3 hectares, less than five minutes by bike or bus ride away from the bustling city centre of Maastricht and Maastricht University
Conditions and extra costs*:
- We only rent to students. If you are no longer a student, you have to leave within 6 months.
- The minimum rental period is 6 months for dutch students and 12 months for international students
- When the completion of a course or exchange program takes place earlier, an early cancellation of the studio is never possible.
- Sublease is not allowed and is actively checked.
- Its possible to rent a parking spot.
In addition to the rent, the tenant must pay the following fees:
