 Are you looking for a modern studio that you can move into immediately? We rent out 600 modern studios on campus on Sorbonnelaan, close to the center of Maastricht. The studios have their own kitchen and bathroom. They are also fully furnished and equipped, so you can move in right away.

The studios are located in one of the nine buildings on the site. The main building, 182, has a large communal area that all residents can use to study, relax, or socialize with their fellow housemates. There is also a laundromat in the main building. To use it, you need to install the Pay2Wash app, which allows you to use the washing machines and dryers for a fee.

The bus stop is within walking distance of the complexes. The bus will take you to Maastricht Central Station in 10 minutes. There is also a small shopping center nearby with a supermarket and a drugstore, among other things. The shopping center is a 5-minute walk away. You can reach the Maastricht University campus in 3 minutes by bike.
