fridge / freezer and storage cupboard .

Bathroom rea with shower, sink and toilet. Bedroom area with a comfortable bed , 

an area with seats & TV and an area with study table & Internet connection 

 

The Rent ( 850 Euro ) includes gas, water and electricity ,TV , Internet , 

bedlinen and towels and the  monthly cleaning of the studio , washing, drying & ironing  the towels and bed linen.

 

The Kattenstraat  is in walking distance of Maastricht Central Station ,

various supermarkets, the countless shops, loads of cafés and restaurants, the city library , 

the famous Bonnefanten museum , the city hospital  and the University .

The touristic hotspots are also nearby, such as the famous Vrijthof,

 the historic Basilica , the city park and the modern square plein 1992 in the area Ceramique.
