Luxurious, recently renovated studio in the heart of the Maastricht city center. The studio offers a beautiful view on the Matthias church, the market square and city hall. It has a private bathroom and small kitchenette for basic cooking. There is one king size bed and one sofa that can be converted into a bed.

The studio is located on the second floor of a monumental building from 1850. On the ground floor is the restaurant Sam's. The serve delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also make the best coffees in town. On the second, third and fourth floors of the building, a residential community has been established in collaboration with young adults who live together and are making a good start to their working or studying life in Maastricht. Enough connection!

The house is very centrally located on the market and in the upcoming street Boschstraat. Everything is within walking distance and there is a bus stop in front of the door.
