Student house located in the Jekerkwartier in the centre of Maastricht. The Jekerkwartier is a student neighbourhood, partly due to the presence of several faculties of Maastricht University and Zuyd Hogeschool in this area. It is also home to a large number of cafés and restaurant. There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the building.
The Jekerkwartier has a special historical appearance and is therefore loved by visitors of the city of Maastricht.
