We offer some large rooms for students near Maastricht, but just across the Dutch border, in Veldwezelt.  This is a quarter of the city of Lanaken in Belgium.  There is a busconnection to the station of Maastricht.  The station Maastricht is 30 by bike, the center and Hogeschool Zuyd 15.  There is a supermarket within 10' walking distance, a bakery in the same street of your room.

The house with the rooms for students contains only 9 rooms on 2 floors.  The rooms (24-34 m²), all with private bathroom and kitchen, are quiet, very bright and sunny.

Visit always possible after an appointment.

Each room (livingroom) has a private bathroom (with shower and lavatory), a  private kitchen (electric fire, fridge), a bedroom (a garret) and some furniture included (depending on each room).  It is a quiet house with, for common use, a garage (for bikes), a nice garden where you can sit and enjoy the weather in the summer and a washing machine.  The rooms for students will be rented for 12 months at 335 + 115 additional costs (energy, water, insurance,   ...) a month. The monthly expenses for electricity and heating is subsequently recalculated to actual use.  Unlimited internet use is included in the price.
