Iers Kruisstraat, Room no. B4   Belgium

We have a cosy studenthouse in a Lafelt (Belgium), near Maastricht. Only students are allowed. The house has a ground floor and 2 levels.

In the house there are 12 individual rooms (9m² to 12m²).

Some rooms are furnished (bed and mattress, desk and office chair and wardrobe), just in case you wouldnt have any furniture.

Theres a wireless internet connection in each room.

On each floor you can find a toilet and a shower, to be used by 4 students.  

There is a common cosy large living room (with digital TV) with a kitchen. The kitchen has 2 fridges, a microwave and an oven.
There is also a washing machine and a drying cabinet.
Next to that theres a nice garden and a bike shed available.

You can easily park the car in front of the house (theres always a place free).

The common spaces are cleaned weekly. That also counts for the garden and the collection of the garbage.

The student house is located in the Iers Kruisstraat nr. 20, 3770 Lafelt (Riemst), a small village near to Maastricht on Belgian territory. Depending on where you have to be in Maastricht its 3 to 6 kilometres. 

Its very easy to go to Maastricht by bike but you can also take the bus that leaves every hour and stops at 800 metres from the student house. 

Depending on the size of the room and whether you have a furnitured room or not, the prices vary between 215 and 245/ month.
This price includes a normal use of electricity.
