Extremely nice rooms in an international environment, opposite of Maastricht University School of Business and Economics next to the inner city library! 2 minutes walk to the economics faculty and city centre! The house has been freshly rennovated and is tidy and clean at all times, due to the nice cleaning ladies that visit us once a week... Further the flat has washing machine, dryer, all kitchen equippment, vaccum cleaner and even a dish washer!

There are 8 rooms. Five large rooms of 25 m2 and three small 15m2 The rooms have a kitchenette with refrigerator The rooms next to the kichen have no kitchinette and refrigedare outside the room.s There is an additional storage space for suitcases. There are three showers. Three toilets. A room with washer dryer and iron a space for bicycles. It's very clean. Wireless internet, washing powder, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. are provided by us and belongs to the service.

For rent a room in a house opposite the University and near the library. The rooms are furnished. The communal areas are cleaned once a week. 8 students from different countries live there. Most rooms have a kitchinette and the shower and toilet are shared with 2 or 3 people. Everything is very clean. There is a very peaceful atmosphere. The landlords live next to the building and if you have any questions or problems, we are always willing to find a solution together.
