For all tenants there's a huge patio, a closed bike shed and a facility room with washing machines and a dryer.

The rent for this room is including utilities, internet, cable TV, furniture and cleaning service of the shared spaces.

THIS ROOM ALREADY IS AVAILABLE FROM THE 1ST OF JULY ON. ONLY CANDIDATES WHO ARE WILLING TO RENT THIS PLACE FROM THE 15TH OF JULY AT THE LATEST, WILL BE INVITED FOR A SIGHTING !!!

Onetime contract and managment costs are : 235.95 Euro including VAT.
