Tongerseweg 57 is located just outside the center of Maastricht. The university as well as Hogeschool Zuyd and the central station are close to the building.

The studios are well equipped with:
- Kitchenette, electric cooking hob, extractor hood and a fridge
- Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink
- High sleeper (without mattress) with ladder, build in desk and shelve.

*Conditions and extra costs:

- We only rent to students. If you are no longer a student, you have to leave within 6 months.
- The minimum rental period is 12 months.
- Sublease is not allowed and is actively checked.

In addition to the rent, the tenant must pay the following fees:

- Wi-Fi and television | 15.00 per month
