This is a neat house with studios and rooms. Students and young working people live there.

The studios have their own toilet, shower and toilet and the rooms share these facilities per 3 rooms.

MUMC University 5 minutes by bike. Central station at 7 minutes.

Bicycles can go back, there is a large garden, and space for several washing machines, with 1 washing machine in the house for shared use.

All the shops in the entire shopping center are around the corner, including public transport.

There is free parking. The prices include TV signal, internet signal, and all energy costs.

The only costs for yourself are your waste bags. It is not a party building and smoking is not allowed inside.

Music practice is not allowed.

Room  at the first floor in Maastricht. This chamber is provided with an own washbasin and a common (3 pers.) kitchen.  In the hall is a common (3 pers.) bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

In the district Heer are several shops and hypermarkets present as well as the busstop. Maastricht centre is 15 minutes with the bicycle. Ther is also a garden and a waschingmachine. MUMC 5 minuten walk 3 minuts by bike
