The house is in the St Pieter, an exclusive and quiet part of Maastricht, less than 5 minutes bike ride to the center (Vrijthof) and close to the University, yet only a 200 meters from farmland and the forests overlooking Maastricht, with the historic fort of St Pieter and the incredible 300 kms of caves just a short walk away.
A supermarket, handy 2nd hand shop, and excellent coffee shop (Coffeelovers) only 3 minutes walk away.
There are 4 bedrooms in the house, 4 toilets and 3 bathrooms, so plenty of privacy.
Most bedrooms have double or king size beds, cable TV, wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps, bedding, duvees, sheets, towels and everything you need.
The house has a living room with TV and sofas, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, cutlery and crockery. Washing machineand clothes dryer.
The location is excellent, with lovely cafes and bars just along the street towards the town center, while the opposite direction is a very pleasant walk alongside wheat fields and flower gardens, past an old church to a beautifully quaint chapel within a walled residence on the left.
The walk up to the 'mountain' of Mt St Pieter is also surprising. A few hundred meters up the hill a huge quarry appears before you, a massive hold in the ground hundreds of meters deep and wide.

This is a large attic room of about 40 sq m with its own bathroom, large King Size bed (180 X 200), sofas and chairs, TV area, fridge, microwave, dining table, wardrobe. Very spacious and comfortable quarters with privacy and quiet.
Weekly cleaning is included.
