This international student house actually consists of 2 houses connected with each other. There are 4 floors. On the ground floor there are 2 apartments with private facilities. On the first floor there are 5 rooms in total, on the second floor 5 as well and on the third floor 2. So there are 12 tenants – international students – in total.
On the first floor there are 2 fully equipped kitchens, and on the second and third floor there’s 1 kitchen for each floor. A bigger one on the second floor and a small one on the third floor.
On the first and second floor there is a bathroom with shower ; each room comes with a private sink. There are 4 separate toilets in the building. There’s a facility room with washing machine and dryer (for shared use).
There is a spacious backyard with bike storage and an area where one can leave all kind of garbage, which gets removed by the owner of the place (or his staff).

The monthly rent for this 15 square meter room is € 685 and that includes utilities, internet, laundry facilities, cleaning service of the shared spaces, garbage removal and local taxes.
