Studenthome for 5 students. Only for female students in their 1st or 2nd year at the UM or HBO.

Nice and large outdoor terrace (30m² or 320 ft²) with sun in the afternoon and evening, comfortably located in a student area, near central station (600m or 0.4 miles), large shopping facilities within a 250m (0.16 miles) radius (eg. Albert Heijn, C1000, Etos, Action).

The common area (in use by 5 students) consists of bathroom, kitchen, separate toilet and large outdoor terrace.; All students are required to participate in the cleaning and maintenance of all common areas, according to the maintenance schedule.

Two rooms on the first floor, 12m² (at the back of the house, with its own door to the terrace) and 6m² (at the front of the house, with an overview of the Frankenstraat).
