NIce student house 4 persons well kept shared furnished kitchen two bathrooms. Shared garden and bike shed. All shared facilities are renovated recently. Rooms can be rent by 2 persons. Rent for a minimum of 1 year. The rent of 1 year should be paid in advance.

For renting at a nice location you can make an appointment

for watching it. If you are not able to visit Maastricht before, it is

possible to reserve directly by using a credit-card with expiring date.

 

             We accept VISA  MasterCard  Maestro.

 

By a mail, send from you to Maastrichthousing , you can confirm

directly the reservation of the wanted room, studio or apartment.

Announce the roomnr. in the mail.

We only use the credit-card for

2 months deposit,

1 month rent

and fee TBA.

If you stay later at the rented new location, we advice the

new renter  to take a Dutch bank-account like ING and

pay the rents in the future from this new bank-account.

Also the cheapest way to do payments during the entire year.

Every location has a new washing-machine available and the

common rooms get cleaned regularly.

If your parents visit you in the future and make a

direct booking short-stay at TBA, we give them a reduce of

10 %, because we have not to pay any commision.
