The rooms are small, but complimented with communal kitchens, bathrooms and toilets. All rooms are fully furnished and all kitchens are fully equipped. The size of the bed is 90x200. There are laundry facilities available. If you take up on our offer, you only need to bring your own personal belongings and start studying and enjoying the city.

All rooms have high speed internet and are connected to the university's network (eduroam).

Each floor contains 27 student rooms. Each floor has one communual living kitchen. Each floor has 4 female toilets and 4 male toilets and 6 showers.

All 108 new rooms at Annadal Campus will be managed and operated by Maastricht University Guesthouse and comply with national and local regulations.

There is an elevator in the building but only until the 3rd floor. You can reach the 4th floor by stairway.
