Above the commercial space Achter de Barakken 9 are 27 student rooms with shared facilities. The student rooms are located near the city centre of Maastricht. In walking distance you can find the Onze Lieve Vrouweplein, Het Vrijthof and de Markt with their cosy cafés and stores.

De rooms are located at the first, second and third floor and are accessible through the main entrance at Achter de Barakken.

Every room has a private cooking facility with two kitchen cabinets.
The bathroom and toilets are shared facilities and are located in the hallway. In the bathroom you can find a shower and sink.
You can place your bicycle in the common bicycle-shed in the basement.
