We are offering a nice house to live whit your college renters.There is a big kitchen where you can cook or relax, you can watch television here. In the relax basement, you can play pool or Table football or play some games and reading. Just a relax basement.We can offer rooms whit furniture. Every room has a bed whit a matrass, a desk, chair, bookshelf and a closet for your clothes.Some rooms have an own kitchenette whit a cook plate and a fridge. The other rooms you chair the kitchen whit the other people.In the front of the house is a nice place where you can relax when the sun is shining or organize a BBQ whit your colleges.At the back of the house, you also can relax. There  is a free parking place for the cars and bikes.Public transport is at 100M whit every half hour a bus to the city center of Maastricht. Shop's in the area: Barkery, snackbar and nightshop and busstation at 100M, Lidlle at 400M.The house is 4.1 km from the center of Maastricht, we work whit https://swapfiets.nl/ bikes  and the bus is going to the center an d train station of Maastricht every half hr.We work whit renting contracts.
